Gary Hackett is an elder statesman of the Australian audiovisual industry. He was the architect of Staging Connections, growing it from an idea to a major corporation. In 2003 he sold his interest in the company and retired from Staging Connections in 2006.

Gary has now turned his attention to a new venture - AVPartners. He has gathered a talented team of industry professionals and together, they are taking a new approach to audiovisual outsourcing in the hospitality sector.

Gary holds an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
