Jane has engaged AVPartners to facilitate and produce her monthly Board Meeting as an online-only event.
The slideshows and video content are reviewed and curated into a seamless presentation deck by our dedicated Event Technician which is then broadcast to all participants using our interactive Online Meeting Platform.
During the main presentation, our technician coordinates any additional presenters or content that is introduced and can even remotely assist anyone who might be experiencing technical difficulty.
Following the meeting, our technician sends Jane a link to the recorded meeting video as well as any statistics that might have been collected during the event.

Tim has engaged AVPartners to produce a webinar which will update his company’s user base on their latest software release.
Tim has a sales team presenting from Sydney followed by a live software demonstration from their development team in Melbourne and the need for a moderated Q&A Session to answer any questions their viewers may have. In addition, Tim wants to take advantage of Live Polling to see which features their user base care about most when discussing new features in the demonstration.
AVPartners’ dedicated technicians co-ordinate live feeds from the presenters in Sydney and Melbourne and broadcast the presentation to over 350 viewers via our Online Webinar Platform.
During the software demonstration, viewers participate in live polling to vote on features they want to see implemented, as well as ask questions of the developers by typing into the chat window. One of the technicians moderates the Q&A and relays these questions back to the keynote speaker and development team who are brought back in seamlessly to answer each of the questions.
Following the webinar, Tim is provided with a link to all the recorded content as well as a full chat transcript, including the Q&A.

This year, Joyce has engaged AVPartners to host a fully-featured online conference for her company’s annual sales conference.
Spread across Australia, Joyce’s company has over 800 employees and a complex schedule to coordinate – multiple presentations from each department, brainstorming and breakout sessions, several guest speakers as well as exhibition booths and networking sessions.
Hosted on AVPartners’ online conference platform, Joyce liaises with our Technical Director and team of remote technicians to populate the conference schedule and coordinate her presenters, exhibitors and guest speakers – ensuring everyone is ready for the big day.
Attendees receive their registration notice by email weeks before the event and on the day, simply log in to the conference platform from their web browsers. Presenters are individually streamed through the media suite and live-mixed into the broadcast on the ‘main stage’.
Following the keynote presentation, attendees split into sessions according to their individual needs and top it all off with time to network and visit the online exhibition booths.
Following the successful event, the AVPartners team send out the event recordings, chat transcripts and the event statistics such as participation and engagement.
