Celebrating 14 Years at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort

For 14 years, AVPartners has been proud to partner with Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort as its in-house technology and commercial partner.

Over this time, together we have delivered more than 7,000 events, from intimate social gatherings and weddings through to gala dinners, awards nights, and large-scale corporate and incentive programs, the venue has played host to an incredible breadth of experiences.

This partnership has always been about more than event delivery.

Working closely with the resort team, AVPartners contributed to the ongoing evolution of the venue’s event offering, including supporting the design and development of the Sunshine Coast Convention Centre. This collaboration helped shape a space purpose-built for world-class events and positioned the resort as a leading destination for conferences and incentives in Queensland.

At the heart of this success has been a shared commitment to quality, consistency, and collaboration. This is reflected in a 96% client satisfaction score, achieved across our events.

Beyond the events themselves, we are especially proud of the role the partnership has played in supporting the local community. From initiatives such as the Accor Race to Survive to the Wish List Carnival, these moments have reinforced the importance of connection, contribution, and purpose.
