Stephen’s Journey in the Audio Visual Industry
Stephen began his career in the audio visual industry in 2010, starting as a freelancer in small venue live music. His move into the corporate AV sector in 2014 marked the beginning of a long and successful career with AVPartners.
He first joined AVPartners as a casual technician at Crown Perth in November 2014 and progressed to a full time role in February 2015. His strong skillset and work ethic led him into senior positions, including Senior Technician at The Westin Perth, Senior Audio Technician at Crown Perth and later into the Sales Team in 2022. Most recently, Stephen held the role of Senior Technical Event Manager.
A Passion for Growth and Team Leadership
Reflecting on his promotion to Associate, Stephen shared his enthusiasm for the role:
