AVPartners at NoVacancy Expo 2025: Two Weeks On and Celebrating the Impact

It has been two weeks since NoVacancy Expo 2025 wrapped up at ICC Sydney, and reflecting back, we are still riding the energy and excitement from the event. AVPartners was out in full force, showcasing our latest technology, introducing our Sales & Installation and Multimedia divisions, and connecting with hoteliers and accommodation professionals from across Australia about elevating their in-house AV and strengthening their brand presence.

Booth 642: A True Showpiece

Our team created a stand that was impossible to miss. At Booth 642, visitors experienced:

  • A striking 8 m × 4 m LED screen with a 1.9 mm pixel pitch
  • Five different digital signage display options
  • A custom LED lectern, All-in-One screen, and a purpose-built registration booth
  • A timed booth show every 30 minutes featuring 63 kinetic motors and more than 14 million pixels working in harmony

On top of this, we shared our work with hundreds of attendees and gave away 500 branded power banks, with two lucky winners taking home their own Foldable LED Banners.

Introducing Sales & Installation and Multimedia

The expo gave us the opportunity to formally introduce two divisions that are expanding AVPartners’ impact across the country.

  • Sales & Installation: Helping hotels and venues invest in smarter AV infrastructure, unlock new revenue streams, and elevate guest experiences with technology that works harder and faster.
  • Multimedia: Providing content creation and design that ensures every display is polished, engaging, and perfectly on brand.

Together with our Venue Solutions team, these divisions demonstrate how AVPartners delivers a complete, integrated approach that goes far beyond traditional AV.

Product Highlights

The booth was also the stage for several exciting new products:

  • Foldable LED Banner: Portable, compact, and quick to set up. Works as an A-frame or full-size screen with a 1.2 mm pitch and onboard computer. Ideal for hotel signage, sponsor walls, or last-minute event branding.
  • All-In-One System (exclusive with Gloshine): Built-in sound, onboard computer, adjustable height, foldable wings, and a mobile frame. Available in 108″, 135″, and 165″.
  • U-Natural LED Panels: Decorative finishes such as marble and wood grain that look beautiful when off and deliver crisp, high-quality displays when on. We showcased these through a custom registration desk and LED lectern design.

We showcased our people, our systems and our commitment to raising standards in audiovisual and event technology.

We already have many leads from the show and exciting project conversations underway. Over the coming weeks we will follow up with clients who we spoke with on the floor, share more case studies of how our solutions deliver return on investment, and continue rolling out some of the technology we were excited to demo at the booth.

What is NoVacancy Expo?

NoVacancy Hotel + Accommodation Industry Expo is Australia’s largest and most important event for professionals in the hotel and accommodation industry. Held annually at ICC Sydney (17–18 September 2025), the expo brings together thousands of decision makers such as hotel owners, operators, serviced apartment managers, resorts and motels to learn about new products, innovations and service solutions. It includes a wide exhibition floor with more than 250 exhibitors, education and summit sessions spanning technology, sustainability, guest experience, design, revenue and distribution, and plenty of networking.
