Jason began his career with AVPartners in 2016 as a casual technician at Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach. His strong technical skills and positive attitude quickly earned him a full time role at RACV Royal Pines Resort.

Through consistent dedication and a passion for the craft, Jason progressed to Day Controller in 2023. His promotion to Associate at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort marks the next step in a rewarding career built on curiosity, discipline and a drive for continual improvement.

Jason’s background in music, live entertainment and large scale production, supported by formal training in Audio Engineering, has given him a solid foundation in the audiovisual industry.
