Jessica Heath Promoted to Associate at The Westin Perth

A Journey of Growth and Dedication

Jessica’s career with AVPartners began more than seven years ago when she joined as a Trainee. From day one, she demonstrated a passion for the events industry and an eagerness to excel.

Her journey saw her grow into the role of Senior Audio Visual Technician, before stepping up as Technical Event Manager at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre (PCEC). During her three years in that role, Jessica played an integral part in delivering high-profile events, mentoring her team, and strengthening AVPartners’ reputation for technical excellence and outstanding client service.

Jessica’s Reflections

Looking back on her career so far, Jessica shared:

*“I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunities I’ve received during my 7 years at PCEC, being able to grow from a trainee into the role of Technical Event Manager. The experience, challenges, and industry connections I have built along the way have been invaluable.

I’m honoured to now step into the role of Associate at The Westin Perth and look forward to working with a new venue and team, developing fresh client relationships, elevating ourselves with our new technical upgrades and continuing to maintain the partnerships established during my time at PCEC.

I’m excited for this next chapter and the opportunity to further grow and lead AVPartners in Perth.”*
