Throughout his career, Tom has built a reputation for delivering innovative technology solutions and building strong client relationships. His expertise spans audio visual system design, control systems programming, account management, and customer relationship management, supported by a strong commercial and consultancy background.

In his new role at The Ritz-Carlton, Perth, Tom will work closely with venue partners, clients, and the AVPartners team to deliver exceptional event experiences and further strengthen the company’s presence across Western Australia’s premium hospitality and events sector.
