Outdoor Events
Outdoor events provide a unique backdrop and freshness for your event. You can get really creative when leveraging the character of the outdoors and you usually have a lot more space to work with than when planning an indoor event.
An outdoor setting is a perfect way to ignite energy into your event and keep your guests engaged from start to finish. Often in an outdoor event, lighting can complement or replace decorations, while sound sets an ambience that guests will be talking about for weeks to come!

In the past, AVPartners have coordinated a wide range of quirky and exciting event themes including wild west, roaring 20s, 80s, the 90s, pop stars, masquerade, acrobatics and circus, chocolate fantasy, black and gold, global cuisine, Olympics and in the jungle!
Staging & Rigging
Your stage is often the first thing your guests will see when they enter an event space, so it needs to have an impact. A stage is the focal point of an event, so it should reflect your theme and event purpose, and be eye-catching enough to maintain your guests’ attention.
When planning a stage set, consider: room size and practicality, budget, branding and technology.A stage must be easy to navigate for the people using it. AVPartners can assist you to think about how your entertainers and speakers will get on and off the stage during your event and ensure it is viewable from every section of the event space. This will maximise the experience for all guests.
While a stage must be viewable for all your guests, your rigging should remain unseen, yet remain easily accessible. Rigging is used to mount lighting and speakers for clear sound. It must be out of the way to avoid a trip hazard for your guests but still allow your technicians access in case they need to fix something during the event.
